It is not a firm of solicitors or barristers, is not authorised or regulated by the Bar Standards Board or the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and does not provide legal advice or legal services. Nothing on this site is legal advice and nothing on it should be relied upon as such. If you need advice about a legal matter, take it from someone qualified and regulated to give it.

Accuracy

This site describes a product in development. What is described may change, and nothing here is a commitment that any particular feature will exist or that the product will launch at all. We give no warranty that the site is accurate, complete or up to date.

Availability

We give no undertaking that the site will be available or uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw it at any time without notice.

Our content

The text, design, layout, logo and other material on this site belong to Caseform AI Limited or are used under licence. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt or republish its content without our written permission. The name Caseform and the Caseform device are the subject of trade mark protection.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on anything on it.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
