This site describes a product in development. What is described may change, and nothing here is a commitment that any particular feature will exist or that the product will launch at all. We give no warranty that the site is accurate, complete or up to date.

You may not copy, adapt or republish its content without our written permission. The name Caseform and the Caseform device are the subject of trade mark protection.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
